Counselling is all about you. It can help you understand your emotions and thought processes, and the way they influence you. Your wellbeing can be affected by problems in life that can overwhelm anyone at any time. Relationship issues, difficulties at work and past and current trauma, for example, can lead to depression, stress, anxiety and low self-esteem.

The aim of integrative therapy is to tailor the therapy to each individual; to work at their pace, listen carefully and non-judgmentally, and be aware of their personal circumstances and points of view. Creating a safe place to reflect upon and review your situation can bring about a new understanding of your problems and help to empower you.
